The ACE Mentor Transformative Partners Program (ACE TPP) provides one to one mentoring to support and engage with ACE Alumni through their post-secondary academic studies.
Why Become a Mentor?
A mentor is a guide. A friend. A resource who helps pave the way for others to succeed. It’s not about having all the right answers. Your role as a mentor is to inspire, encourage, and support your mentee, contributing to their development through thoughtful conversation and consultation.
Mentor Overview
Mentors will commit to a one to one mentoring relationship with an ACE alumni who is just beginning their post-secondary education to Provide professional, academic, and personal advice and support.

With the help of a mentor, you can gain new knowledge and skillsets that can broaden your career opportunities and personal networks for advancement. As a mentee, gain the confidence necessary to tackle short and long-term goals, navigate challenges, and accelerate your growth.
Alumni/Student Overview
ACE Alumni will gain valuable mentorship from Professionals in the ACE Industry to support them in their post secondary studies, internship placement, network building and full time employment.
- Engage virtually or in person through monthly check-ins via email, text, phone, or virtual meetings.
- Attend an initial training session and additional sessions as requested.
- Submit check-in reports to ACE-TPP program coordinators.
- Attend meetings and events as scheduled.
**Students must be 18 years old and studying an AEC industry related major to participate in this program.
2026 ACE TPP Schedule
- March 2026 – Student and Mentor registration opens
- June 2026 - Student and Mentor registration closes
- Mid-June 2026 – Student and Mentor orientation sessions
- July 2026 – Matching begins (students & mentors can also list preferred match during registration)
- August & September 2026 – Program kick-off with first virtual meetings
