The ACE Transformative Partners Program provides one to one mentoring to support and engage with ACE Alumni through their post-secondary academic studies. The goal is to ensure that ACE alumni successfully complete their studies and enter as a full-time employee of the construction industry.

Mentor Overview
Mentors will commit to a one to one mentoring relationship with an ACE alumni who is just beginning their post-secondary education to Provide professional, academic, and personal advice and support.
